the receptionist victoria was excellent she explained places to visit and bus routes her advice made my first visit easy domestic staff kept my room clean daily they also tidied everything the room was well kept
i found that the hotel didn't mention no parking available in its description this was an issue because street parking was difficult to find i also found some individuals asking for money for parking spaces the raw grilled salmon i ordered was disappointing

The hotel's location suited my needs. It was a quick drive from the airport. The staff was lovely. The restaurant served food late, and breakfast had good value.
The hotel does not have on-site parking. Finding a free parking space was difficult. Someone on the street asked for money for the parking spot. No one answered the emergency bell.

the staff was nice enough, answering questions and such.
it was under inspection when i arrived, then trapped me inside the next day. took an hour to get rescued. Good thing i had cell service or who knows how long i'd have been stuck there.

The location is great. It is easy to reach the city center by foot or bus. A nearby mall is very convenient. My room was spacious, and the queen-size bed was wonderful. The breakfast was VERY good and sufficient.
The hotel doesn't mention the absence of on-site parking in its description, although free street parking is available, it can be difficult to find a space.
